Range block
Hi, I am using an internet connection from my mobile phone logged into this account (TSventon). I received the following message earlier today

I am curious what the point of this kind of block is as all I had to do was restart my phone to change my IP address. Are some of the addresses in the range fixed? TSventon (talk) 13:01, 8 April 2021 (UTC)
